Gale's star has recently been on the rise: Two additional cases are slated to appear on future episodes of Psychic Detective on Court TV, with which Gale shares a special bond. Likewise, Gale's continuing work on an as yet unsolved murder case in her hometown of Toledo, Ohio has found her appearing in both the local newspaper and local ABC, NBC, and CBS affiliates there.

On November 16, 2005, The Learning Channel will re-air the episode of Psychic Witness featuring Gale St. John. This is the case involving the murder of Stacey Hendrickson and the subsequent arrest and conviction of her murderer.

On December 3, 2005, filming is scheduled to begin for a Japanese television program featuring Gale St. John and the team of top psychics she founded, the U.S.P.D. (United States Psychic Detectives) Gale will then be traveling to Tokyo to help their police in working an unsolved cold case. This promises to bring the U.S.P.D., and Gale, into the international arena.
